SP Net

Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This policy explains what information SP NET (“we”) collects through the spnetbd.com website and the SP NET app for Android phones, tablets and TVs, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request a new connection on our website, we collect your name, phone number and address, and optionally your area and the package you chose. We use this only to contact you about the connection and to install it. It is stored in our database and is seen only by SP NET staff.

The SP NET app

The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files or phone identifiers. Its only permission is Internet access.

To show the latest list of streaming servers and links, the app downloads a settings file from spnetbd.com. Like any website visit, this request includes your IP address and device type, which our hosting provider may keep in short-term server logs.

Tapping Help Line opens your phone's dialer with our number. The call is made only if you press call.

Streaming servers and other websites

Streaming servers open inside the app. Some are run by SP NET on our local (BDIX) network and some by partners. When you use a server, it may process your sign-in, watch history and playback details under its own terms.

Self Care and bill payment open in your browser (on TVs, inside the app), where that website's own privacy terms apply.

Sign-in sessions for pages opened inside the app are stored only on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies: one to remember your language, and one to keep SP NET staff signed in to the admin area. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Speed test

The speed test on our website measures your connection using Cloudflare's speed-test servers. Cloudflare sees your IP address during the test. We don't store the results.

Secure connections

The website and the app use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. If a TV or phone clock is wrong, the app may briefly contact Google or Cloudflare to read the correct time so it can still check secure connections. No personal information is sent in that request.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and database, and when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep connection requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and for our records. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us using the details below.

Children

Our website and app are not directed at children under 13.
